Commands

Sonic ships four commands. Two kick off builds, one is hands-off, one is the menu.

/sonic-build

The full WordPress authority-site build, brand-first, with a sign-off at the end of each stage. This is the default way to build when you want to stay in the loop.

It runs the 8-stage pipeline: brand philosophy → visual identity → motion design → custom theme and homepage → Sonic Boom → service template → bulk generation → SEO and accessibility QA. Sonic asks for niche, location, page count, and build target up front, then walks each stage and waits for your approval before moving on.

/sonic-autopilot

The hands-off build, start to finish, in a single session. Intake → brand philosophy → homepage and template (with sign-offs, or self-review in full-auto) → SERP-researched page plan → then a loop that builds every remaining page with a fresh sub-agent while the sandbox stays alive.

Autopilot is sandbox-first and never deploys live. It is driven by environment variables (intake JSON, an authoritative prompt, scraper toggle, full-auto, resume, max pages). See Autopilot for the loop mechanics and configuration.

Not a command you usually invoke yourself. This is the brief a fresh sub-agent follows inside the autopilot loop to build exactly one page: read BRAND-BRIEF.md and STYLE-GUIDE.md, build and deploy that single page to the sandbox reusing the theme's responsive foundation, run seo-qa on just that page, and report back done plus QA or failed plus a reason. It exists so each page gets a clean context.

Common things to ask

You do not have to use a command. Sonic reads intent and routes to the right skills. Examples:

• "Build me a 100-page HVAC authority site for Tampa, FL."
• "Run Sonic Boom on this client's existing WordPress site." (audit and retrofit an existing site for higher conversion)
• "Sonic, templatize this site." (save the design and structure as a reusable starter)
• "Instantiate the hvac-emergency-leads template for my new client in Phoenix."
• "Generate hero images for my plumbing service pages."
• "Plan the structure for a mold remediation site in Miami."
• "Walk me through the SOP step by step."
